Helping people maximize their quality of life

About us

ILI Therapy Staffing was founded in 2011 to provide compassionate, safe, and ethical physical and occupational therapy services to patients receiving in-home care in Greater Boston and the Merrimack Valley.  We partner with home health agencies to deliver rehabilitative services that help their clients maximize the quality of their lives and provide our therapists with a great place to work, with flexible schedules, small service areas, competitive pay and dedicated support.

We provide quality care in the best interest of the patient.

We conduct business with integrity and transparency.

We work collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

We treat others with compassion, dignity and respect.

We pursue professional development, lifelong learning and excellence.

Our team

Cindy Tulimieri, OTR/L, ECHM, CDP, President

“It is my goal to support and work with the people around me so we will both succeed. Your success is my success. When a patient progresses as a result of the interventions our therapists provided, then we share that success together...and that success extends to the Agencies we work with as well.”

Cindy has worked with the geriatric population for over 20 years, many of them as a manager in a skilled nursing rehabilitation setting. She founded ILI Therapy Staffing in 2011 and in 2018, she launched Living Innovations Care Management to help keep seniors in their homes or preferred place to live and support a vibrant life in that space. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of New England, and is certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and licenced in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She has completed an Executive Certificate of Home Modification from USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology, is a certified Dementia Practitioner, and serves as a board member of the Bedford, Massachusetts Council on Aging. In her spare time, she enjoys fostering dogs until they find their forever homes, gardening and travelling as much as possible.
